Since 1984, we have been designing and building outdoor environments with the same owner, Mark Swink, and the same company name, Swink’s Creations.

We self-perform 80% or more of the construction and landscape work with our crews, including demo, excavation, masonry, concrete, pavers, carpentry, and landscape. Each of our crews is trained up to “craftsman” status and is led by foremen who are polite, knowledgeable, and bilingual.

This self-performance allows us to start and complete your project as scheduled, 40% faster than other construction companies.

We pride ourselves on having no change orders due to our years of experience and our systematic, detailed design and estimating process—unless you decide to add or change the scope of work, or we encounter rocks, sandstone, or hard soil that cannot be foreseen in the ground.

We have a licensed California landscape architect on staff who creates and submits drawings in-house for permits and engineering, as well as oversees our design center.

Our office customer service team is available Monday through Friday to help with any questions or concerns our clients might have.

All of our project consultants are registered by the Contractors State License Board as Home Improvement Representatives for Swink’s Creations.

We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured.

We offer a warranty on all pool shells, a 90-day warranty on all plant material, and a one-year guarantee on sprinkler material and plumbing.

We handle all city submittals and permitting for your project.

We are a one-stop shop for all your landscape, hardscape, irrigation, drainage, and swimming pool needs. This allows you to avoid the time and hassle of dealing with numerous contractors and/or subcontractors.

We have been in the industry as a landscape, swimming pool, and general contractor for over 40 years and have won more than our share of state and local CLCA (California Landscape Contractors Association) awards.

If you are looking for a contractor who is reliable, has excellent communication, keeps a jobsite clean, and can complete your project on time or finish before schedule, thank you for choosing Swink’s Creations.
