Outdoor Kitchens
An outdoor BBQ and kitchen countertops completes your home with the ability to cook without running in and out of the house all the time. We suggest you devote an area of your new outdoor living space to culinary endeavors, based on the number of people you plan to entertain.
Arbors, Pergolas & Cabanas
Would you like a little shade in your outdoor living area? Arbors, Pergolas, and Cabanas can create a wonderful outdoor living area that stays cool and breezy, while still letting in plenty of light and fresh air.
Swinks Creations is a Luxury Pergola Dealer.
Balconies
A balcony can add plenty of livable square footage to your home—especially since Southern California has great weather year-round! Imagine a second-story balcony opening up from your master bedroom, or whatever you need, we can make it happen.
Concrete, Pavers, & Decking
A new deck or paver can add a wonderful space for family gatherings, or for gaining access to a beautiful view. If you already have a deck or a patio, but you’re just not happy with it, we’ll be happy to design an alternative.
Outdoor Lighting
The right choice of pool, spa, and landscape lighting can turn pleasant poolside evenings into magical nights in your backyard wonderland. And because we use and recommend LED lighting, they provide the most energy-efficient lighting ever.
Ponds
If you’re thinking about adding a pond to your home, we can help you design and install the right one. We’ve created quality ponds for homes throughout the Ventura County and San Fernando Valley area.
Fireplaces & Firepits
Fireplaces & Firepits can be a great addition to an outdoor living space. It can be a focal point to formalize your outdoor living room. And everyone knows that gathering around the campfire is a great way to entertain and interact with friends and family. There are limitless possibilities for firepit and fireplace designs and materials, so take a look at some of these examples for some ideas. Whatever you can envision, we can build.
