We at Swink’s Creations are here to provide any kind of service that you might require. Time and again many of our clients have asked us some very important questions. 1. How long have you been in business?

We have been in business for over 35 years, our company was originally founded in 1984.

2. Are your employees covered under workman’s compensation?

Yes, we are fully insured and bonded.

3. Are your employees experienced?

Yes, within our company each of our employees are trained in their area of expertise and have anywhere from 4 to 30 years experience. Also, many of our employees have been with us for 10+ years.

4. Are your estimates free?

Yes, the initial visit & ballpark estimate are free. Cost only comes into effect if you would like to move forward with the design process.

5. How long does it take to get an estimate?

You will receive a ball park estimate at the time of your appointment or within 5 days of the initial appointment depending on complexity of project. If you decide to move forward with the design process you will then receive a detailed written proposal.

6. How much is your design fee?

Our initial design fee is $800. This includes a detailed written proposal, CAD plan& 3D visual rendering and a formal presentation of the design held in our design center. Once you sign a contract with Swink’s Creation’s your account will be credited with any money you spent towards the design. If you decide to not move forward with Swink’s Creations after a design has been created, you may purchase it from us for an additional $1,000.00.

7. What if I don’t like the design?

As long as the original design intent hasn’t changed, we will adjust and alter different elements to meet your expectations and budget (up to 2 edits, before there is an additional fee).Our ultimate goal is for you to love your design!

8. After I sign a contract what is the start date?

If your project requires permits that process can take from 2 weeks to 2-3 months depending on the complexity of the project. If no permits are required it may be 2 to 3 weeks depending on our work load.

9. What type of payments do you accept?

We accept almost all types of payments; although check is preferred, we do take money order, cash, and credit cards (2.5-3.6% convenience fee applies). We also offer financing options.
